刘旭东男，1967年生，青岛大学柔性特聘教授，中国科学院海洋所群体遗传学博士，加拿大女王大学精神病学系教授兼基因和遗传实验室美－加孤独症联盟（ASD-CARC）联合主任，青岛精神与心理健康研究院加方院长。主要研究领域为心理健康疾病，特别是自闭症的现代遗传和基因组技术研究，心理健康相关病症的跨学科合作研究等。在SCI、SSCI顶级期刊发表文章40余篇，获女王大学2016度卓越研究奖、加拿大安大略省神经发育疾病领域杰出贡献奖。
